Exhibition 2009 Painters of the Flinders Ranges

"The Flinders Revealed VIII" was held in the WILPENA WOOLSHED Wilpena Pound on Saturday September 5 to Monday October 5 2009

As you can see from the outside of the Woolshed looks can be deceiving. The inside is transformed once a year from a woolshed into an excellent art gallery with warmth, loads of Flinders Ranges character and original high quality artworks from our Painters of the Flinders Ranges members. The exhibition was another successful one this year with good sales and lots of visitors dispite the very changeable weather.

The exhibition is manned every year by working member artists. So next year when you visit during the exhibition you can walk the boards and see what the inside of a woolshed looked like, view and purchase fine art or stop and chat a while with one of the artists or just watch them as they work on their latest project.
