To all the art lovers who have purchased my work, I do thank you and I am working hard to increase the value of your investment. In 2010 I exhibited my work in Chelsea New York. In 2011 I exhibited in the Camberwell Rotaty Art Exhition and was a finalist in the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize. People continue to buy my work at every exhibition and that keeps me encouraged to paint for further exihitions.
I am Artist, Graphic Designer and SecondarySchool Teacher who lives on the edge of the Barossa. I love portraiture of animals, people and the Australian landscape. My weapons of choice presently are pastels, oils and acrylics. I've been painting, drawing and making images since I was a small child.
I had started things artistic on the Central Coast NSW airbrushing panel vans, motorcycles and surf boards way back in the late seventies. I moved with my family to the Mid North Coast NSW where I continued to exhibit and tutor airbrushing techniques.
After moving to South Australia to work and study, I continued to exhibit. I am currently a member of The Painters of the Flinders Ranges, a group of enthusiastic professional artists who paint the Flinders Ranges. I love to spend a lot of time, with my swag and camera at the ready, in the Northern Flinders Ranges.
I am a registered Visual Art and Design Teacher, a member of the Australian Guild of Realist Artists (AGRA), Graphic Designer producing the Dusty Dialogue,
a bi-monthly publication for the Pastel Artists of South Australia (PASA) of which I am also a member. I've put together the websites for myself and the Painters of the Flinders Ranges.
